This Privacy Policy explains how Levee Investments LLC (“Kennara,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and protects your information.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide:

Name, email, shipping address, phone number (at checkout)
Payment information (processed by our payment provider — we do not store card numbers)
For an account (Care Profile): your name, email and a password, or, if you sign in with Google, the name and email address Google shares with us (nothing else from your Google account)
About your dog, if you tell us: name, breed, size, age, weight, birthday, the changes you've noticed and your check-in answers
Your email choices: whether you opted in to sale alerts, tips and birthday notes, and when
Reviews you write, with the name you choose to show

Information collected automatically:

IP address, browser type, device type
Pages visited, time on site, referring URLs
Cookies and similar tracking technologies

2. How We Use Your Information

To process and fulfill your order
To send order confirmation and shipping updates
To respond to customer service inquiries
To improve our website and product offerings
To suggest products that fit your dog's size, coat and age, and to build and adjust their Care Profile plan
To apply the welcome offer (we check whether your email address has ordered before)
To send sale alerts, tips and a note on your dog's birthday, only if you opt in; unsubscribe with the link in any of these emails or in your account
To ask for a review of your order, once, after it ships

3. Sharing Your Information

We share data only as necessary to operate our business:

Fulfillment suppliers (Spocket, Zendrop): receive your shipping address to fulfill orders
Payment processors: receive payment details to process transactions
Shipping carriers: receive your address for delivery
We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

4. Cookies

Always on, needed for the store to work: your cart is saved in your browser, and signing in to a Care Profile sets a session cookie.
Always on, no cookies: we count visits with Plausible Analytics, which uses no cookies and doesn’t identify you.
Only if you accept: Google Tag Manager and the analytics and advertising tags it manages (such as Google Analytics and ad-platform pixels). These don’t load at all unless you choose “Accept” in the cookie banner.

5. California Residents — CCPA Rights

If you are a California resident, you have the right to:

Know what personal data we collect, use, or disclose
Request deletion of your personal data
Opt out of the sale of your personal data (we do not sell data)
Non-discrimination for exercising your rights

6. EU/UK Residents — GDPR Rights

If you are in the EU or UK, your rights include:

Access to your personal data
Rectification of inaccurate data
Erasure (“right to be forgotten”)

Our legal basis for processing: contract performance (order fulfillment) and legitimate interests (fraud prevention, analytics). To exercise GDPR rights, email service@kennara.net with subject line “GDPR Request.” We will respond within 30 days.

7. Data Retention

We retain your data as long as necessary to fulfill orders, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes. Order records are kept for 7 years for tax/accounting purposes.

8. Security

We use industry-standard security measures (HTTPS, encrypted storage). No method of transmission is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Third-Party Links

Our site may link to third-party sites. We are not responsible for their privacy practices.

10. Children

Our site is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

11. Changes

We may update this policy. Changes will be posted here with a new effective date.
