1. Who We Are

Kennara is a brand of Levee Investments LLC. We sell pet wellness products through our online store at kennara.net.

2. Products

We sell pet supplements, soft chews, dental and grooming products. All products are intended for animal use only and are not a substitute for veterinary care. If your pet has a health condition, consult a licensed veterinarian before use. Kennara makes no medical claims about any product.

3. Orders and Payment

• Orders are accepted subject to availability.
• Prices are in USD. We reserve the right to change prices without notice.
• Payment is processed at checkout. We do not store full card numbers.

4. Your Account

• An account is free. Sign up with your email and a password, or with Google.
• Keep your details accurate and your password private. One person per account.
• You can close your account at any time by writing to service@kennara.net; we then delete it and your dogs' profiles.
• We may close an account that is used to get around an offer's limits or to abuse the store.

5. Offers, Sales and Reviews

• Welcome offer: 5% off the first order you place while signed in to a free account. One per person and email address, for an email that hasn't ordered before. It applies to the items, has no cash value, and isn't combined with a sale discount: checkout applies whichever is bigger.
• Sales: sale discounts and their dates (US Eastern time) are shown on the site and in the cart. They are applied automatically at checkout, based on the number of items in the order, and end when stated.
• We may change or end an offer at any time; that never changes an order you've already placed.
• Reviews: only buyers can review, and reviews are published whatever the rating. We hold back only contact details, abuse, content unrelated to the product, and claims that a product treats or cures a condition. We don't pay or reward anyone for reviews.

6. Emails

Emails about your orders, shipping, reviews of your order and your Care Profile check-ins are part of the service. Sale alerts, tips and your dog's birthday note are sent only if you opt in, and every one has an unsubscribe link. You can also turn them off in your account.

7. Shipping

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Levee Investments LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or site. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on kennara.net (text, images, logos) is owned by Levee Investments LLC or licensed to us. Do not reproduce without written permission.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that state.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
